I have gears of war 5 on steam and that game runs perfectly. Bought gears of war 4 from the windows store, I launch the game and it'll go through the initial splash screen, reach the ubisoft logo, and then it'll show the bottom right cog wheel loading symbol spin, stop, and then my game crashes to desktop.
